What to include (so we can help faster)
- Which page/tool: paste the URL of the calculator or page
- What you expected vs what happened: one sentence is fine
- Your inputs: room length/width, ceiling height, climate/region, etc.
- Screenshot (optional): helpful for mobile or formatting issues
- Your device/browser: e.g., iPhone Safari, Android Chrome, Windows Chrome
Tip: If you’re reporting a calculation issue, include the result shown and the units (BTU/hr, tons, kW, etc.).
What we can’t do
While we’re happy to fix errors and improve the calculators, we can’t provide personalized HVAC design, installation instructions, or code/permit guidance for your specific home.
This includes whole-home equipment selection or duct design (Manual J / Manual S / Manual D), electrical, gas, refrigerant, or permit/code compliance advice, diagnosing comfort issues without an on-site assessment, and emergency or safety troubleshooting.
